Our Team

Joshua Omoniyi Ikubaje was born in Idioro, Ogale, Ijumu, Kogi State. He had his primary education at the St. Patrick’s Primary School, Idioro, Ogale.

He started his secondary education at Ansar-Ud-Deen College, Offa and after two years (in 1983), he moved to St. Augustine’s College, Kabba and obtained his West Africa School Certificate in June 1986.

He attended Kwara State College of Technology (now Kwara State Polytechnic) Ilorin, for his advanced studies before proceeding to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting and later had a Master of Science (M. Sc) degree in Economics from the Lagos State University, Lagos.

Mr Joshua Ikubaje had previously worked as auditor, financial and tax consultant, and a stint in banking prior to his current employment in the extractive industry where he has worked both in Nigeria and oversea.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He has attended / participated in several training’s, workshops, seminars, and conferences within and outside Nigeria.

He is committed to community & youth development initiatives / projects. He loves volunteering, reading, and listening to good Christian music.

He is married to a very delightful and amiable Mrs Olukemi Ikubaje and their marriage is blessed with children.
