Bernard Adebayo-Ige, P.E., is the Senior Pastor of Winners Christian Church, dedicated to equipping the saints to fulfill their callings in this world. He is a dynamic pastor, teacher, and speaker.

Pastor Bernard received his early education at SACK, graduating in 1980. He then attended the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, where he graduated with a FIRST CLASS HONORS in Mechanical Engineering in 1985. His early career began with UAC of Nig Plc in 1986. In 1994, Bernard’s family moved to England, where he pursued further education at University College London, earning an M.Sc. in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning in 1996.

Professionally, Bernard has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was a project manager responsible for pharmaceutical HVAC projects, and SUPERVALU, where he served as Director of Facility Engineering & Energy Management. He also worked with Southern California Edison on the Local Government Partnership Program. Bernard retired from corporate work in 2021 to devote his time to his passion for helping people develop their maximum potential and giving back to the community.

Bernard is a registered Professional Engineer in California, with concurrent registrations in over 40 states. He had volunteered previously as a member of the General Planning Committee for the City of Eastvale, California, where his family currently resides.

His core passion is adding value to people’s lives. Bernard is a member of the John Maxwell Team (JMT) and serves on the Board of  Los Angeles Southwest College Foundation.
