Gabriel Adetun Owope Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria 1984, and an MBA from the same University in 1987. He qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker in 1996 and was licensed to practice same year.
Mr. Owope had a glorious career in the Financial Sector with core competences in Capital Market operations, International Funding and Microfinancing. He is a Director of several companies including; SIB Insurance Brokers Limited, Globalview Capital Limited, Gild Asset Management Ltd., NETHWORTH Online Limited, OPUS Multi Concept Technology Limited, and so on.

He has attended various courses at Internationally reputed Institutions such as, Harvard Business School, MA, USA, ( 2004), Wharton Business School, PN, U.S.A (2007), World Bank Washington D.C (2001), amongst others. A Fellow of the Institute of Directors Nigeria ( FIoD), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers ( FCS) and Felllow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria ( FICA). He is also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP15) and a recipient of the prestigious Financial Integrity Award (2003) by Credit News Nigeria. Mr. Owope is a Community Leader, a strong advocate of Corporate Governance and the immediate past National President of the Institute for National Transformation Alumni Association (INTAA). A widely traveled man, He is married with children.
